1-2 Nite Bookings –No Deposit/ 3 Day Cancellation Notice Required
3 or More Nite Bookings –Minimum 1 nite or 25% Deposit/14 Day Cancellation Notice Required
Holiday Weekend Bookings – 50% Deposit/14 Day Cancellation Notice Required

Last Minute Bookings (within cancellation period): No Cancellation, Charged in Full at time of booking
Minimum Nite Stays Required: Weekends are a 2 nite minimum, holiday weekends are a 3 nite minimum stay.
All cancellations with deposits are subject to a $20 non-refundable administration fee.

Last Minute Bookings (within cancellation period): No Cancellation, Charged in Full at time of booking Minimum Nite Stays Required : cabin #7 is min 5 nites, cabin #8 is min 3 nites, cabin #9 is min 3 nites, cabin #10 is min 4 nites.
All cancellations with deposits are subject to a $20 non-refundable administration fee.

FYI--Because we are a ‘seasonal’ business, with only a few months to operate, we need to be “strict” with our cancellation policy. Many guests will book our cabins/units well in advance. Once reserved, we remove that unit from our availability, turning away all other requests for it. Unfortunately we have had many people reserve cabins/units far in advance and cancel at the last minute, resulting in many other disappointed parties who would have liked to rent that cabin/unit. We have made a commitment to you to reserve and provide these units for your holiday and we need the same commitment from you that you will provide us with ample time to rebook the cabin/unit should you need to cancel or choose to depart earlier than your reserved time.

Other Booking Info
--valid credit card required for all reservations
--Cancellations must be by direct telephone contact. Emails and voice mails are not acceptable.
--No Shows—Failure to show without proper notification will be charged for entire rental period
--Shortening your Stay –is considered to be a cancellation therefore proper notification is required.
--Check In –after 3pm
--Check Out –before 10:30am. Sorry no late check-outs.
--Late Arrivals—if you plan to arrive after 6pm, you must call in advance for late checkIn details
***Note: Saturday Check Ins or Check Outs are not accepted in peak season.***
--Quiet Hour 10pm-8am We are strict with this rule to keep all of our guests happy and comfortable.
-- Late arrivals/early departures must be quiet.
--Non Smoking – all units are non smoking--- smoking is permitted outside
--Fireworks are not permitted on the property
--Communal BBQ area at the end of motel is off limits after 10pm
--No cooking in any motel unit—bbq and picnic common area provided at end of motel
