a one nite charge plus taxes will be processed upon booking

All Cabin Bookings
---- 28 days or more
prior to arrival - full refund of deposit
---- less than 28 days notice - will be charged for each
nite
3 or More Nights and Long Weekend Bookings
---- 14
days or more prior to arrival for each nite- full refund
of deposit
----less than 14 days notice - will be charged for each
nite
All Other Bookings
----by noon 3 days
prior to arrival for each nite - no charge
----less than 3 days notice for each nite - will be charged
for each nite
No Shows
----FailureTo Show Without Notification will be charged
for the entire rental period
Shortening Your Stay/Early
Departures
----same policy as a cancellation - no refunds will be given
if you choose to leave before the end of your reservation
without the appropriate cancellation
FYI - Unfortunately,
we have had many people reserve cabins and cancel
at the last minute. Some reservations of which are
booked several months to a year in advance. This results
in many other disappointed parties who would have
liked to rent the cabin that you reserved. We have
made a commitment to you to provide accommodations
and we need the same commitment from you that you
will provide us with ample time to cancel. This policy
is to give us time to resell the cabin and to keep
our prices reasonable to you.

Check-in -
after 3:00pm, please do not arrive before 2pm as we need this
time for cleaning

if you plan to arrive after 6pm
- Check-out -
check out time is 10:30am

***Cancellation must be spoken directly
to us by telephone
(phone messages or emails are not acceptable)
- Non-Smoking -
all motel rooms and cabins are non-smoking
- Fireworks
are not permitted

Pet
Rules
Please notify
us in advance if your pet will be joining you.
All pets must
be registered upon check in. A fee of $5.00/pet
per night will apply. A credit card imprint is required
for damage security.
- Pets are NOT to be left
unattended inside or outside at any time.
- Do not allow your pet
to disturb other guests. Excessive barking will
not be tolerated.
- Pets are NOT allowed
on beds or furniture at anytime.
- Pets are only allowed
in the room/cabin they have been assign to, otherwise,
subsequent cleaning charges will apply.
- All pets must be kept
on a leash and under control at all times.
- For health reasons all
pets must be spayed or neutered.
- You are responsible
to pickup /cleanup after your pet. If your pet has
an accident, please report it immediately so any
permanent damage can be avoided.
Failure to
adhere to any of these rules will result in your immediate
eviction from the premises. Additional charges for
unnecessary cleanup or damage may apply.
